Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and fair return process. Please take a moment to review the following policy guidelines that apply to all returns and refunds made within the United States.
You may initiate a return for eligible items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this window may not be accepted.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging intact.
Products that show visible signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage may be declined and returned to the sender.
Certain product categories (e.g., personal care, customized items, or final sale items) may be non-returnable. These exclusions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Submit a Return Request
Begin by logging into your account and navigating to the order history. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts to request a return.
Receive Authorization & Shipping Label
Upon approval, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label. Please note: a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for returns refunded to the original payment method.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your item(s) and attach the provided shipping label.
Ship the Return
Drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location. Keep your tracking information for your records.
Refund to Original Payment: Subject to a flat $10 shipping deduction.
Refund to Store Credit: No return fee. Store credit is issued in full and does not expire.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 7 business days. Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment unless otherwise requested. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account.
We currently do not process item-for-item exchanges. If you wish to order a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
We do not accept returns on the following:
Items marked as final sale
Opened personal hygiene products
Custom-made or personalized goods
Digital goods or downloads
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. We’ll ensure a quick resolution with either a replacement or full refund, without any return fees.
All returns must be shipped from within the United States.
Unauthorized or late returns may not be accepted.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
